Resolution number HIB/2016/13 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson GA Harding-Kirikiri, seconded by Member JG Parfitt: That the Hibiscus and Bays Facilities and Reserves Committee: a) accept the apology from Member J Fitzgerald for absence.

Resolution number HIB/2016/14 MOVED by Member LM Whyte, seconded by Deputy Chairperson GA Harding-Kirikiri: That the Hibiscus and Bays Facilities and Reserves Committee: a) approve proposed Option 1 (Attachment A, dated 25 May 2016) for renewal of the Waiake Beach Toilet subject to further discussion and agreement with the committee on the external treatment of the facility, including the positioning of the outdoor showers. b) delegate to the local board chairperson and Facilities and Reserves Committee chairperson authority to approve the external façade of the Waiake Beach toilet facility, including the positioning of the outdoor showers and existing stainless steel art panels providing these items have been workshopped with the local board or the Facilities and Reserves Committee prior to any decision.

Secretarial Note: Under Standing Orders 3.15.5 Member Cooper requested that his vote of abstention be recorded in regard to Item 12 Waiake Toilet Renewal.
