5	Pasifika Festival 2016
	Member T Funaki entered the meeting at 4.47 pm. Cr AJ Anae retired from the meeting at 5.08 pm.
	Resolution number PAC/2016/18 MOVED by Member A Fa'amoe, seconded by Member A Manoa: That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      receive the Pasifika Festival 2016 report from Leisa Siteine, Event Production Manager, Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development. CARRIED

6	Illegal rubbish dumping on Robertson Road, Mangere
	Resolution number PAC/2016/19 MOVED by Member A Fa'amoe, seconded by Member T Finau: That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      receive the report from James Young, Team Leader (Southern) – Contracts & Compliance Team, Waste Solutions, Infrastructure and Environmental Services. CARRIED

Deputy Chairperson S Hao'uli retired from the meeting at 5.57 pm.

7	Auckland Libraries International Day of the Older Persons
	A PowerPoint presentation was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number PAC/2016/20 MOVED by Member T Finau, seconded by Member R Autagavaia: That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      receive the update from Morgan Borthwick, Libraries Advisor, Inclusiveness. b)      provide input on the success criteria for the planned activity. c)      offer further advice on how libraries should celebrate and acknowledge International Day of the Older Persons and include our Pacific Communities. CARRIED
