Resolution number WHSP/2016/4 MOVED by Member D Macdonald, seconded by Member SPT Matafai: That the Whau Local Board Swimming Pool Fencing Exemptions Committee: a) grant the application for special exemption as sought for the property at 61 Shoreham Street, Avondale, on the condition that i. NZS 8500-2006 clauses (a-k) are met at all times. b) note the confidential status of the attachments to this Item and confirm that they will remain confidential to maintain privacy of the applicants.
