receive the updates from the chair, lead officer and panel
members as follows:
i)
the Chair attended a review meeting for Advisory Panels with
other Panel Chairs conducted by MartinJenkins consultants on Wednesday, 15
June 2016.
ii)
the lead officer gave a verbal progress report on refugee
settlement in Auckland as requested by the Panel at the May meeting. A formal
brief report on refugee settlement will be reported to the July Panel meeting
including an update on housing.
iii)
agree to have an end of term function.
