There was no extraordinary business.

5	East West Link Project update
	Sarah MacCormick, Planner (Engagement Team), East West Link Alliance, and Keelin Flynn, Communications Manager, East West Link Alliance, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions from panel members. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number PAC/2016/24 MOVED by Member R Autagavaia, seconded by Member O Manuel-Barbarich: That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a)      receive the update from Sarah MacCormick and Keelin Flynn regarding the East West Link Project. CARRIED

6	Progress report on the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan
	Debra Yan, Principal Planner Unitary Plan, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions from panel members. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.

7	Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel Work Programme Update
	Austin Kim, Principal Advisor Panels provided a verbal update on the workshop for all panel members held on Saturday, 25 June 2016. Member Sam Sefuiva provided a verbal update on a recent meeting of the Pasifika Festival sub-committee with Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development regarding the Pasifika Festival 2017.
