5	Youth Advisory Panel Membership - Upper Harbour
	Resolution number YOU/2016/28 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member A Zhou: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a)      note the co-option of Jasmine Li as the representative for Upper Harbour until the panel term ends on 8 September 2016. b)      note that a copy of this report is forwarded to the Mayor. CARRIED

6	Youth Voice Transition Project Update
	A PowerPoint presentation was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Note:   Clause b) was incorporated with the agreement of the meeting.
	Resolution number YOU/2016/29 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Deputy Chairperson A Johnston: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) receive the update report on the youth voice transition project. b) forward the agenda report to the youth voice mechanisms. CARRIED

	Member C Paepae left the meeting at 8.08 pm. Member J Li left the meeting at 8.11 pm.

13	Youth Advisory Panel - Work Programme Update
	Member J Li returned to the meeting at 8.16 pm. Member G Halstead left the meeting at 8.20 pm. Member J Li left the meeting at 8.30 pm.
