A meeting of the Governing Body to be held in the Reception Lounge, Auckland Town Hall, 301-305 Queen Street, Auckland on Friday, 12 August 2016 at 9.30am was advertised as “As required between 10 – 18 AUGUST 2016” and an agenda was published.

The Auckland Development Committee, at its 10 August 2016 meeting, referred Unitary Plan decision-making directly to the Governing Body, which convened at 12.32pm on Wednesday 10 August 2016.
