a) consider an extraordinary item regarding Auckland Transport’s recent advertisement at item 13.1 of the agenda: i) the reason the matter was not on the agenda is because the matter was raised after the agenda had been sent to members, and ii) the reason why the discussion of this matter cannot be delayed until a subsequent meeting is that this meeting is the final meeting of the current political term. |

Resolution number RAI/2016/45 MOVED by Member A Wu, seconded by Member D Matthews: That the Rainbow Communities Advisory Panel: a) confirm that the Engagement Guidelines: Section 6: Engaging with Auckland’s diverse communities: Rainbow Communities and the Rainbow Communities Engagement Guidelines align with the Panel feedback provided to the Engagement and Consultation team on 24 May 2016. b) provide any additional feedback to be incorporated in the next iteration of the Engagement Guidelines. c) agree to send the Rainbow Communities Advisory Panel’s story including the Engagement Guidelines: Section 6: Engaging with Auckland’s diverse communities: Rainbow Communities and the Rainbow Communities Engagement Guidelines to the editor of the Local Government New Zealand magazine. |
