Secretarial Note: John Nash, Relationship Manager, chaired the meeting for items 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. From item 8 onwards, the elected chairperson chaired the
meeting. The Governance Director, Phil Wilson administered the members’
declarations.

First Business Meeting of the Great Barrier Local Board

That the Great
Barrier Local Board:
a) confirm Tuesday 15 November 2016 at 1pm and Tuesday 13 December
2016 at 1pm as dates for its first two business meetings, noting the venue
will be the Conference Centre, 19 Whangaparapara Road, Claris, Great Barrier
Island.
