The Kaipātiki Local Board wishes to acknowledge the passing of Mr Ces Thomas. Mr Thomas was a volunteer at Shepherds Park for 15 years and was particularly instrumental in the planting of trees in the park, including a large number of rimu trees and a small kauri forest. |
