A meeting of the Ōrākei Local Board to be held in the St Chads Church and Community Centre, 38 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Thursday, 20 July 2017 at 3.00pm was advertised and an agenda was published.

The meeting on Thursday, 20 July 2017 was cancelled and all items on its agenda were adjourned to the Ōrākei Local Board extraordinary business meeting which convened at 4.35pm on Thursday, 3 August 2017.
