8	Regional Pest Management Plan Update
	A PowerPoint presentation was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number RUR/2017/16 MOVED by Chairperson B Cashmore, seconded by Member A McKenzie: That the Rural Advisory Panel: a)      receive the update on the Regional Pest Management Plan and thank Rachel Kelleher, Biosecurity Manager, for her attendance. CARRIED

6	Annual Budget 2017/2018

7	Update on the Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) appeals

9	Progress and next steps with the Māori cultural sites project

10	Report back from 16 June 2017 Auckland Plan Refresh workshop
	Resolution number RUR/2017/20 MOVED by Chairperson B Cashmore, seconded by Member R Parton: That the Rural Advisory Panel: a)      receive the report back on the 16 June 2017 Auckland Plan Refresh workshop and thank Alec Tang, Principal Specialist Corporate Sustainability, for his attendance. CARRIED

11        Consideration of Additional Items

· Auckland Council revaluations

A question was asked regarding the relevance of stock numbers – to be followed up and responded to.

· Dual stock exclusion requirements

Could Council speak to central government?

· Kaipara Harbour treaty settlements – John Hutton, Manager Treaty Settlements to be invited to a future meeting.
