Resolution number CEN/2017/70 MOVED by Mr S Chambers, seconded by Mr N Murphy: That the Auckland City Centre Advisory Board: a) accept the apology from Mayor P Goff, Cr C Darby for absence on council business, Mr B Corban for absence and Mr J Mooney for lateness and Cr M Lee for early departure. |
2 Declaration of Interest
Ms V Beck declared an interest regarding the Queen Street feature lighting project, Item 6 - Review of the 2015-2025 DRAFT City Centre Targeted Rate funded programme of work.
Mr G Crawford declared an interest in relation to Lower Queen Street/Britomart Station design, Item 9 – City Rail Update.
3 Confirmation of Minutes
Resolution number CEN/2017/71 MOVED by Mr Reynolds, seconded by Mr S Chambers: That the Auckland City Centre Advisory Board: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Wednesday, 27 September 2017, as a true and correct record. |

Resolution number CEN/2017/72 MOVED by Ms N Buckland, seconded by Mr Reynolds: That the Auckland City Centre Advisory Board: a) receive the City Centre Update Report to 13 October 2017 b) request an update through a report/memo in relation to the Freyberg Place project in particular the legal status of road stopping process or pedestrian mall. |

Review of the 2015-2025 DRAFT City Centre Targeted Rate funded programme of work |

Staff presented an updated copy of the City Centre Targeted Rate (CCTR) funded programme and answered questions from the board. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as minutes attachments. · The board noted that an updated City Centre Targeted Rate funded programme of work will be brought back to the advisory board for endorsement at the November meeting. |

Resolution number CEN/2017/74 MOVED by Ms N Buckland, seconded by Mr J Mooney: That the Auckland City Centre Advisory Board: a) receive the design and progress update on the Lower Queen Street/Britomart Station surrounds as part of the City Rail Link works and provide feedback. b) nominate Members Viv Beck, Patrick Reynolds and James Mooney to work with the Project Team – City Rail Link Limited to provide input to the design on the Lower Queen Street/Britomart Station and communicate with the Auckland City Centre Advisory Board prior to the November meeting. |
