MOVED by Deputy Chairperson D Holm, seconded by Member D Trenberth:

That the Manukau Harbour Forum:

a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Friday, 18 August 2017, as a true and correct record.

12	Approval of Manukau Harbour Forum work programme
	Resolution number MHFJC/2017/14 MOVED by Member T Mulholland, seconded by Member C Elliott: That the Manukau Harbour Forum: a)      approve funding of $15,000 for the Young Leaders education programme, noting that funding will support young people from around the Manukau Harbour to lead environmental action. CARRIED
	Resolution number MHFJC/2017/15 MOVED by Member T Mulholland, seconded by Member C Elliott: That the Manukau Harbour Forum: b)      approve funding of $29,000 to enable the development and delivery of a pilot industry education programme. CARRIED
	Secretarial Note:        Under Standing Order 3.15.5 Member Bill McEntee voted against resolution b) and requested his dissenting vote be recorded.
	Resolution number MHFJC/2017/16 MOVED by Member T Mulholland, seconded by Member C Elliott: That the Manukau Harbour Forum: c)      note that funding for community groups is available through existing regional and local grants programmes. CARRIED
