Resolution number ADC/2017/42 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson P Coom, seconded by Cr D Simpson: That the Auckland Domain Committee: a) delegate authority to Auckland Transport to enforce the prohibition on stopping, standing or stopping any vehicle within the Auckland Domain grassed areas, footpaths and gardens and landscaped areas, pursuant to clause 11 of the Auckland Council Traffic Bylaw 2015. |

Resolution number ADC/2017/43 MOVED by Mr S Chambers, seconded by Mr V Tava: That the Auckland Domain Committee: a) adopt a recurring temporary alcohol ban on the Auckland Domain, for a period of 5 years, for annual Auckland Lantern Festival events, from 7am on the first day of the event until 7am on the day after the event, as shown in Attachment A of the agenda report. |

Resolution number ADC/2017/44 MOVED by Cr D Simpson, seconded by IMSB Member R Blair: That the Auckland Domain Committee: a) approve in principle a five year land owner approval (2018 – 2022) for the ANZAC Day Memorial Field and ANZAC Day Dawn and Civic services events to take place on the Auckland Domain:

Resolution number ADC/2017/45 MOVED by Cr D Simpson, seconded by Cr L Cooper: That the Auckland Domain Committee: a) receive the report. b) note that the committee have authorised staff to work with the Auckland Holocaust Memorial Trust to find a suitable location and that the trust has indicated an interest in the Fairy Ponds. c) invite the Auckland Holocaust Memorial Trust to present design options for the Fairy Ponds to the committee for further consideration. |
