Resolution number ENV/2017/153 MOVED by Cr D Newman, seconded by Cr A Filipaina: That the Environment and Community Committee’s Sub-committee to Make Appointments to the Wiri Prison Social Impact Fund Allocation Committee: a) exclude the public from the following part(s) of the proceedings of this meeting. The general subject of each matter to be considered while the public is excluded, the reason for passing this resolution in relation to each matter, and the specific grounds under section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 for the passing of this resolution follows. Resolution number ENV/2017/153 MOVED by Cr D Newman, seconded by Cr A Filipaina: That the Environment and Community Committee’s Sub-committee to Make Appointments to the Wiri Prison Social Impact Fund Allocation Committee: c) appoint Angela Dalton (Manurewa Local Board Chairperson) and Brent Catchpole (Papakura Local Board Chairperson) as the two Auckland Council representatives on the Department of Corrections Social Impact Fund Allocation Committee. d) agree to the resolution c) appointing the Auckland Council representatives to the Department of Corrections Wiri Prison Social Impact Fund Allocation Committee be restated in the open section of the meeting. |
