1          Welcome and Apologies

 

The chair welcomed members and briefly spoke about council’s 10 year budget. A copy of presentation has been placed on the official copy of the minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as minutes attachments.

That the Rural Advisory Panel:

a)         accept the apology from Cr Greg Sayers for lateness and from Helen Moodie, Peter Spencer, Neil Henderson and Andrew McKenzie for absence.

Discussion on Rural Advisory Panel topics for 2018

 

A range of topics were discussed for next year’s meetings.  It was agreed that Warren Maclennan would put them together in a draft schedule for confirmation at the 2 March 2018 meeting.

Mayoral Intent for the Long Term Plan 2018-2028

 

This item was deferred until the next meeting of the Rural Advisory Panel scheduled to be held on 2 March 2018.
