Jean Kearney, John Carrodus, and Neil
Blackbourn, representing the Hobsonville/West Harbour Residents and
Ratepayers Association, were present to address the meeting and present a
petition during Item 8.3.
Petition Prayer:
“We, the undersigned,
petition Auckland Council to refuse disposal of the freehold of Westpark
(Hobsonville) Marina, to keep this public asset in Council ownership and
review the increased development provisions and controls under the Unitary
Plan in consultation with the local community”.
A copy of the petition was provided.
A copy has been placed on the official minutes.
