MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member R Hoskins :  

That the Heritage Advisory Panel:

a)         agree to adjourn the meeting until 6.30 pm or at the conclusion of the workshop.

The meeting adjourned at 5.36pm and reconvened at 6.39 pm.

a)            agree to consider an extraoridnary item – Ihumatao update at item 10 for the reason that it cannot wait until the next meeting of the Heritage Advisory Panel.

Long-term plan /Auckland Plan process

 

Resolution number HER/2018/4

MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member  Geary:  

That the Heritage Advisory Panel:

a)      establish a working team including deputy chair, Sally Hughes, John Burns, Elizabeth Aitken-Rose and Graeme Burgess to prepare advice on both the Long-term plan (LTP) and Auckland Plan and appoint Sally Hughes deputy chair to present this advice to the 21st March Governing body meeting

b)      nominate the deputy chair, Sally Hughes or nominee to attend the Governing Body’s consideration on the LTP and Auckland Plan.
