That the Heritage Advisory Panel:

a) agree to adjourn the meeting until 6.30 pm or at the conclusion of the workshop.

The meeting adjourned at 5.36pm and reconvened at 6.39 pm.

3.1	Extraordinary items
	Resolution number HER/2018/3 MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member S Hughes: a) agree to consider an extraoridnary item – Ihumatao update at item 10 for the reason that it cannot wait until the next meeting of the Heritage Advisory Panel. CARRIED

Long-term plan /Auckland Plan process

Resolution number HER/2018/4 MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member  Geary: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a)      establish a working team including deputy chair, Sally Hughes, John Burns, Elizabeth Aitken-Rose and Graeme Burgess to prepare advice on both the Long-term plan (LTP) and Auckland Plan and appoint Sally Hughes deputy chair to present this advice to the 21^st March Governing body meeting b)      nominate the deputy chair, Sally Hughes or nominee to attend the Governing Body’s consideration on the LTP and Auckland Plan. CARRIED

5	Heritage Manager's Update
	Resolution number HER/2018/5 MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member A Matson: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a)      receive the Heritage Manager’s report. CARRIED

6	Heritage Advisory Panel Correspondence
	Resolution number HER/2018/6 MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member L Wilson: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a)      receive the correspondence. CARRIED

7          Consideration of Extraordinary Items

7.1	Member David Veart update
	Resolution number HER/2018/7 MOVED by Chairperson M Lee, seconded by Member J Burns: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) receive the verbal update on Ihumatao from David Veart and Sherry Reynolds. CARRIED
