The Chairperson opened the meeting and welcomed everyone present.
Resolution number MHFJC/2018/1 MOVED by Member D Trenberth, seconded by Member T Mulholland: That the Manukau Harbour Forum: a) accept the apologies from members Josephine Bartley, Carrol Elliott and Joseph Allan for absence.

Resolution number MHFJC/2018/2 MOVED by Member W McEntee, seconded by Deputy Chairperson D Holm: That the Manukau Harbour Forum: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Friday, 15 December 2017, as a true and correct record.

Betty King – Puketapapa Urupa · was in attendance to address the forum on increasing level of water in Oruarangi Awa due to new housing development in the area.

Resolution number MHFJC/2018/4 MOVED by Member T Mulholland, seconded by Member W Togiamua: That the Manukau Harbour Forum: a) receive the verbal public forum presentations from Ian Wedding and Betty King and thank them for their attendance. |
