Dave Hati opened the meeting with a Karakia.
Dave Hati, on behalf of the panel, acknowleged
the resent passing of Denise Agnes Yates, Waitakere Ranges Local Board Member
and tireless advocate for the Rainbow Communities.
The Co-chairs welcomed the public, Mayor Phil
Goff and Councillor Richard Hills and thanked them for their attendance.
Mayor Goff
addressed the meeting and invited the public to ask questions regarding the Auckland
Plan Refresh and 10-year budget for Auckland Council.
