a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Thursday, 7 December 2017, as a true and correct record.

	Resolution number UHCF/2018/3 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson M Miles, seconded by Member U Balouch: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Carol Ryan and Amberlee Wharton from Hearts & Minds, and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED

	A video presentation by Curious Kaipātiki was shown at the meeting.
	Resolution number UHCF/2018/4 MOVED by Member N Mayne, seconded by Member U Balouch: That the Upper Harbour Local Board Community Forum: a)      receive the deputation from Ella Rose Shnapp from Gecko NZ Trust, and Hannah Shingler from Curious Kaipātiki, and thank them for their attendance and presentation. CARRIED
