Warkworth

Shane Hartley
of Terra Nova Planning, Kim Dobney of L’Daubeney Developments and Paige
Farley of Hutchinson Consulting Engineers were in attendance to outline a
development in Warkworth that forms links around Hauiti Drive, Bluegum Drive
and the Grange retail development. Mr Hartley and Mr Dobney showed photos and
maps of the presentation. A copy of the photos and maps has been placed on
the file copy of the minutes and can be viewed on the Auckland Council
website.

endorse the appointment of Member Houlbrooke
as the Rodney Local Board’s representative on the SH1/Hill Street
Intersection Improvements Community Advisory Group, to work with Auckland
Transport and the New Zealand Transport Agency on the development of a single
stage business case for long-term improvements at the SH1/Hill Street
intersection in Warkworth.
