Shane Hartley of Terra Nova Planning, Kim Dobney of L’Daubeney Developments and Paige Farley of Hutchinson Consulting Engineers were in attendance to outline a development in Warkworth that forms links around Hauiti Drive, Bluegum Drive and the Grange retail development. Mr Hartley and Mr Dobney showed photos and maps of the presentation. A copy of the photos and maps has been placed on the file copy of the minutes and can be viewed on the Auckland Council website. |

Resolution number RODTP/2018/9 MOVED by Member P Pirrie, seconded by Member B Houlbrooke: That the Rodney Local Board Transport, Infrastructure and Environment Committee: a) thank Shane Hartley of Terra Nova Planning and Kim Dobney of L’Daubeney Developments for their presentation on a proposed development in the vicinity of Hauiti Drive in Warkworth and the desire to achieve integrated road, pedestrian and cycle networks.
