Chairperson Greg Presland opened the meeting and welcomed those present.

3	Declaration by Local Board Member
	A copy of the Declaration has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number WTK/2018/67 MOVED by Chairperson G Presland, seconded by Member S Coney: That the Waitākere Ranges Local Board: a)      receive the declaration made by Member K Turner pursuant to Schedule 7, clause 14, of the Local Government Act 2002. CARRIED

4	Explanation of laws affecting elected members
