The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed everyone present.
Member N Henry and Member A Verrall declared an interest in item 9.1 Mens Shed East Auckland.

There were no leaves of absence.
The board would like to acknowledge the passing of Mr Eddie Bertrum & Mr Albe Brown. Both gentlemen were members of the Mt Wellington Borough Council and were instrumental in the building of the Panmure swimming pools and gymnasium.
