Gillespie was in attedance to raise boundary issues at the reserve off Walter Frank Drive, Jacobs Ladder Reserve, Onetangi
Sports Park and parking at Palm Beach.

Year End Performance Report: Waiheke Local Board

number WHK/2018/173
MOVED by Chairperson C Handley, seconded by Member B
Upchurch:
That the Waiheke Local
Board:
a) receive
the performance report for the financial quarter and year ending 30 June
2018.
b) allocate
$1200 from the LDI (Locally Driven Initiatives) Community Response budget
to George Kahi for upgrading the burners at the Maumahara flames event.
c) note
the significant under-delivery of the 2017/2018 Community Facilities work programme
and request more timely information of delays early on.
d) request
assurance from Community Facilities that there is sufficient budget to deliver
the 2017/2018 deferred projects, along with the 2018/2019 work programme.
