Renewal and variation of community lease to
Royal New Zealand Plunket Trust, 500 South Titirangi Road, Titirangi

Tollestrup:
That the Waitākere
Ranges Local Board:
a) grant
a variation of the renewal of community lease in b) below to:
i) record
the name change to Royal New Zealand Plunket Trust
ii) to
include the following Smokefree Policy clause:
Auckland Council has adopted a
Smokefree Policy to apply on all council land. The lessee is obligated to
abide by the policy during the term of the lease. The lessee will use
its best endeavours to ensure its members, employees, invitees, contractors
and agents abide by the policy
b) grant
a renewal of community lease to Royal New Zealand Plunket
Trust for a term of five years commencing 28 August 2018
c) approve all other renewal of lease terms and conditions as
contained in the existing community lease that commenced 28 August 2013.
