4	Hearing of submissions on Auckland Council’s proposal to amend the Reserve Management Plan for Devonport Domain
	The following submitters spoke in support of their submission: 1. Mark Davies, Hayden Smith and Gillian Scott addressed the hearings panel on behalf of North Shore Cricket Club Incorporated in support of their submission and tabled further information. 2. Max Webb addressed the hearings panel on behalf of North Shore Rugby Football Club Incorporated in support of their submission. A copy of the tabled document has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number DT/2018/185 MOVED by Chairperson G Wood, seconded by Member J O'Connor: That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board Hearings Panel: a)      receive and consider the written submissions in respect of the proposal to amend the Devonport Domain Reserve Management Plan. b)      receive and consider the presentation from North Shore Cricket Club Incorporated in respect of the proposal to amend the Devonport Domain Reserve Management Plan c)      receive and consider the presentation from North Shore Rugby Club Incorporated in respect of the proposal to amend the Devonport Domain Reserve Management Plan d)      thank all submitters for their attendance and presentations. CARRIED
