Trish Deans
and Alistair Helms, Devonport Heritage addressed the panel regarding the
public availability of property addresses that have non notified resource
consents approved in special character area in particular, Devonport.

That the
Heritage Advisory Panel:
a)
thank Trish Deans and Alistair Helms,
Devonport Heritage for their presentation and attendance.
b)
receive the Resource Consents in Special Character report
c)
request the council to make public the addresses of the
423 consents in special character overlay areas which the Environment Court
on 20 December 2017 declared were consented by an invalid process, to enable
more transparency for affected parties particularly adjoining neighbours.
