Resolution number DTCF/2019/4 MOVED by Chairperson G Wood, seconded by Member J McKenzie: That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board Community Forum: a) receive the presentation and the written material from the Bayswater Environment Action Coalition and thank them for their attendance. b) refer the matters raised concerning pollution overflow from the Ngatai Whatua development in the Hillary Block and at Polly Park/Wakakura Marginal Strip, Ngataringa Bay as reported by the BEAC, along with the presentation and written material, to the AC Compliance Team with a request from the D-TLB to be advised on what action was taken and what lessons were learned for the future. |
