That the Rodney
Local Board Transport, Infrastructure and Environment Committee:
a) receive the Auckland Transport February 2019 update report.
b) commit to the detailed design for construction of a
footpath between number 33 Hudson Road and SH1, Warkworth, based on a rough order of costs of $729,000,
which includes the standard pre-design contingency of 30%, noting that
significant retaining work and relocation of a power pole
will be required in the vicinity of 27 Hudson Road, together
with a full drainage investigation
and the possible installation of new drainage systems.
