11	Councillor's update

12	Land owner approval for the temporary occupation of Tawaipareira Reserve and the associated construction of a stormwater channel and accompanying works

	Resolution number WHK/2019/27 MOVED by Member B Upchurch, seconded by Deputy Chairperson P Walden: That the Waiheke Local Board: a)      withdraw the 23 November 2017 delegation (resolution number WHK/2017/1) to the Rangihoua and Tawaipareira Management Committee in respect of the decision on the application for Healthy Waters to temporarily occupy Tawaipareira Reserve for 12 months during the construction of the stormwater channel and accompanying works. CARRIED

14	Waiheke Youth Hub Grant to the Waiheke Youth Centre Trust for activation of Surfdale Hall
	Resolution number WHK/2019/30 MOVED by Member S Brown, seconded by Member B Upchurch: That the Waiheke Local Board: a)      approve a grant of $15,000 from the 2018/2019 “Youth Hub” work programme budget, to the Waiheke Youth Centre Trust for the activation of Surfdale Hall as a youth space. CARRIED

15	E Tipu E Rea: Rangatahi Mentoring Project 2019
	Resolution number WHK/2019/31 MOVED by Member B Upchurch, seconded by Member S Brown: That the Waiheke Local Board: a)      approve a grant of $5,000 from the 2018/2019 Māori Responsiveness work programme line 808 to Waiheke Community Art Gallery: Te Whare Taonga, the identified umbrella organisation, to support ‘E Tipu e Rea’. CARRIED

16	Auckland Council’s Quarterly Performance Report: Waiheke Local Board for quarter two 2018/2019
	The motion was taken in parts.
	Resolution number WHK/2019/32 MOVED by Member B Upchurch, seconded by Member S Brown: That the Waiheke Local Board: a)      receive the performance report for the financial quarter ending 31 December 2018. CARRIED
	Resolution number WHK/2019/33 MOVED by Member S Brown, seconded by Member B Upchurch: That the Waiheke Local Board: b)      approve $12,542 for the Surfdale Hall Reserve basketball extension utilising the board’s LDI minor capex (quick response) budget, noting this was agreed by board members and delivered prior to Christmas in line with Community Facilities work programme (ID 2425). CARRIED
	Note:   Under Standing Order 1.9.7 Deputy Chairperson P Walden requested that his dissenting vote be recorded.
	Resolution number WHK/2019/34 MOVED by Member S Brown, seconded by Deputy Chairperson P Walden: That the Waiheke Local Board: c)      approve up to $10,000 for Artworks Courtyard bean bags, umbrellas and picnic mats utilising the board’s LDI minor capex (quick response) budget, noting this was agreed by board members and delivered prior to Christmas in line with Community Facilities work programme (ID 2425). CARRIED
	Resolution number WHK/2019/35 MOVED by Chairperson C Handley, seconded by Member B Upchurch: That the Waiheke Local Board: d)      delegate approval of budget allocation from the LDI minor capex fund 2018/2019 to the Chair up to $5,000, on consensus from board members, noting approved projects will be included within the next quarterly report to the board. CARRIED

17	Feedback on draft Increasing Aucklanders’ participation in sport: Investment Plan 2019-2039
	Resolution number WHK/2019/36 MOVED by Member S Brown, seconded by Chairperson C Handley: That the Waiheke Local Board: a)      endorse the draft Increasing Aucklanders’ participation in sport: Investment Plan 2019-2039 and delegate to Member B Upchurch to provide feedback following consultation with board members, for consideration of the Environment and Community Committee. CARRIED
