8	Value for Money (s17A) Review Programme
	Cr P Hulse entered the meeting at 10.18 am.
	Resolution number APP/2019/10 MOVED by Mayor P Goff, seconded by Deputy Chairperson C Fletcher: That the Appointments, Performance Review and Value for Money Committee: a)      agree to recommend to the Governing Body that they approve the terms of reference for the Human Resource Management Services review. CARRIED

9	Auckland Council progress on savings up to 31 December 2018
	A PowerPoint presentation was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment. Cr C Darby left the meeting at 11.03 am.
	Note:   additional clause b) was added with the agreement of the meeting.
	Resolution number APP/2019/11 MOVED by Cr D Simpson, seconded by Mayor P Goff: That the Appointments, Performance Review and Value for Money Committee: a) receive the Auckland Council progress report on savings up to 31 December 2018. b) refer the Auckland Council progress report on savings up to 31 December 2018 to the Finance and Performance Committee for their consideration. CARRIED
