The Co-Chair, John Kingi, opened the meeting and welcomed those present.

Resolution number RAI/2019/1 MOVED by Member L Matheson, seconded by Member D Rands: That the Rainbow Communities Advisory Panel: a) accept the apologies from Co-Chair Julie Radford-Poupard and Audrey Hutcheson for absence. |
Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.
There were no declarations of interest.

Ruth Woodward, Policy Manager – Pukeko updated the panel on the consultation for the council’s sport investment plan. A PowerPoint presentation was given. A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment |
