The Chairperson opened the meeting and welcomed those in attendance.

That the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board:

a) accept the apologies from Member C Bettany, Member G Holmes and Member M Williamson for absence.

4          Confirmation of Minutes

Resolution number HB/2019/86

MOVED by Chairperson J Parfitt, seconded by Member V Watson:

That the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board:

a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Wednesday, 15 May 2019, including the confidential section, as a true and correct record, subject to the following changes:

b) Item 12, Future use for the former bowling club site at Silverdale War Memorial Park,  HB/2019/67, clause d) replace the word “within” with “including”

c) Item 20, Hibiscus and Bays Local Grants Round Two 2019/2019 and Facilities Grants 2018/2019 grant allocation, HB/2019/73) clause c) remove the condition from application HBLB FG-1905, Whangaparāoa Tennis Club and application HBLB FG-1906 Windsor Park Community and Multisport Hub Incorporated as these applications are for feasibility studies only.

11	Adoption of the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board Agreement 2019/2020
	A copy of the Local Board Agreement 2019/2020 was tabled at the meeting a copy of which has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number HB/2019/87 MOVED by Chairperson J Parfitt, seconded by Deputy Chairperson J Fitzgerald: That the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board: a)      adopt local content for the Annual Budget 2019/2020, tabled at the meeting,  including: i)     a Local Board Agreement 2019/2020 ii)    a message from the Chairperson ii)    local board advocacy. b)      adopt local fees and charges schedules for 2019/2020 (Attachment B). c)      delegate authority to the Chairperson to make any final minor changes to the local content for the Annual Budget 2019/2020, including the Local Board Agreement 2019/2020. d)      note: i)     that Local Board Agreement 2019/2020 local activity budgets will be updated to reflect final budget decisions made by the Governing Body on 22 May 2019 ii)    that if there are outstanding (not yet agreed) matters in the Local Board Agreement 2019/2020, the local board should include an explanation of these matters in the Chair’s message at the front of the agreement e)      that the resolutions of this meeting will be reported back to the Governing Body when it meets to adopt the Annual Budget 2019/2020 on 20 June 2019.
