Resolution number KAI/2019/33 MOVED by Chairperson J Gillon, seconded by Member L Waugh: That the Kaipātiki Local Board: a) approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Pest Free Kaipātiki Restoration Society Incorporated and Auckland Council (refer to Attachment A of the agenda report). b) delegate the Kaipātiki Local Board Chairperson authority to sign the Memorandum of Understanding in clause a) above on behalf of the Kaipātiki Local Board. |
