The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed everyone present.
Resolution number TE /2019/6 MOVED by Chairperson C Makoare, seconded by Member T Moala: That the Te Oro Committee of the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board: a) accept the apology from Member D Burrows and Member G Thompson for absence.

Resolution number TE /2019/8 MOVED by Chairperson C Makoare, seconded by Member T Moala: That the Te Oro Committee of the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board: a) would like to acknowledge the passing of Mrs Ruth Violet Fiao'o Bartley (nee Burke), the mother of Councillor Josephine Bartley. Thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. |
