That the Whau Local Board:
a)
confirm the ordinary minutes of its
meeting, held on Wednesday, 22 May 2019, as
true and correct.
b)
note that Chair Mulholland raised the
matter of the noting of conflicts with the BID item 13: Business Improvement
District Programme Compliance Report to Whau Local Board for FY2017-2018
(Resolution number WH/2019/61). Staff advice identified that no further
action is required as the resolutions were directed to the Governing Body who
makes the decision.
