Members were reminded
of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict

Adoption of the Waitākere Ranges Local
Board Agreement 2019/2020
|

|
A copy of the updated Local Board Agreement 2019/2020 was tabled
and has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland
Council website as a minutes attachment.

Resolution
number WTK/2019/76
MOVED by Member S Coney, seconded by Member N Henderson:
That the Waitākere
Ranges Local Board:
a) adopt local content for the Annual Budget 2019/2020
(as tabled) including:
i) a Local Board Agreement 2019/2020
ii) a message from the Chair
iii) local board advocacy.
b)
adopt local fees and charges schedules
for 2019/2020 (Attachment B)
i) note
that the Glen Eden Library Room hire is to be amended from 50% to 100%
subsidy and this will be reflected in the work programme allocation.
c) delegate authority to the Chair to make any final minor changes to
the local content for the Annual Budget 2019/2020, including the Local Board Agreement 2019/2020.
d) note
the Board’s interest and previous resolutions with regards to the
Septic Tank Pumpout programme and Targeted Rate and expect this activity to
continue for 2019/20 and seek a formal report to formalise the process going
forward beyond 2019/20.
e) note
that the resolutions of this meeting will be reported
back to the Governing Body when it meets to adopt the Annual
Budget 2019/2020 on 20 June 2019.
