a) accepted the apology from Member S Andrews, Member K Buissink, Member S Farik, Member A Feau, Member K Hoeflich, Member S Rawiri and Member N Tal Alfassi Berman for absence, and Cr E Collins for lateness.

a) confirmed the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 8 April 2019 as a true and correct record.

a) noted an Implementation Plan and Evaluation Framework have been developed to support the delivery of I am Auckland.

a) received the update regarding the Youth Empowerment team’s work.
Note: the following topics were discussed:
· Youth improvement strategies to make Auckland great for youth. · Support communitiees to take action to reduce alcohol and other drug-related harm. · Aligning the work of Auckland Council departments, local boards, communities, I am Auckland, Lifewise and national programmes. · Youth engagement. · Resources and direction going forward.

a) noted the mahi of Te Mana Rangatahi. b) recommended ideas for engaging with young people across Tāmaki Makaurau in the ongoing development of the innovation waka.
