Resolution
number NGA/2019/22
MOVED by Mr R Blair, seconded by Mr K Parkinson:
That the Ngāti
Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board:
a) authorise
expenditure of up to $115k in the 2019/20 financial year to complete the
Whenua Rangatira and Pourewa Creek Recreation Reserve combined management
plan.
b) note
that approval in principle had previously been granted for a new project be
explored to combine and update the Pourewa Creek Recreation Reserve and
Whenua Rangatira management plans to create a seamless cohesive management
plan that enables developments aligned with the vision and masterplan (see
resolution number NGĀ/2017/25).
c) note
that the final Ōrākei Visual Framework will operate as the
masterplan for Pourewa Creek Recreation Reserve and Whenua Rangatira.

approve the Ōrākei Visual Framework as
the combined Masterplan for the Whenua Rangatira and Pourewa Creek Reserve.
b)
note that all feedback received will be acknowledged.

note that the two containers on the lower corner of Kitemoana
Street, land identified as Whenua Rangatira, be removed as soon as possible.
