Note: Eric Perry, Relationship Manager, chaired the
meeting for items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. From item 7 onwards, the newly
elected Chairperson chaired the meeting. Barry Potter, Director of
Infrastructure and Environmental Services witnessed the members’
declarations.

agree to split the 2019-2022
triennium for the Chairperson’s role into the following fixed term
periods:
i. period one from Tuesday 29 October 2019 to Tuesday 27
April 2021 of the 2019-2022 political term.
ii. period two from Wednesday 28 April 2021 to the end of the
2019-2022 political term.
b)
resolve that any
alteration to resolution a) must occur by way of formal local board
resolution, and in accordance with all Local Government Act 2002 requirements,
prior to the date onwhich the change of the position of the local board
