elected chairperson chaired the meeting.

a Chairperson for the 2019 - 2022 political term, utilising System B of
Schedule 7, Part 1, Clause 25 of the Local Government Act 2002.

nominations for the position of Chairperson.
Member TOKI nominated Member FORDHAM
for the Chairperson role. Member DALY seconded the nomination.
Members voted. The result of
the vote was 5 to 0 in favour of Member FORDHAM, who won the vote.
