Manoj Ragupathy, Relationship Manager chaired the meeting for
items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. From item 7 onwards, the newly elected
Chairperson chaired the meeting. Matthew Walker, Group Chief Financial Officer witnessed
the members’ declarations.

The Chairperson invited the Mayor to come forward and address the
meeting.

prayer.
