Resolution number WAI/2019/28 MOVED by Member King Turner, seconded by Member S Brown: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: a) note the report on the outcome of resolutions and actions of the Transport Forum. b) note the safety concerns on Waiheke roads, given the large increase in numbers of electric bikes and scooters and requests Auckland Transport recognise and address this issue. e.g. through a Waiheke specific bylaw, island wide speed reduction etc. c) recommend that at the next Transport Forum a representative from Auckland Transport be invited to discuss appropriate cycling infrastructure for Waiheke. |

Resolution number WAI/2019/29 MOVED by Member McKenzie, seconded by Member Simpson: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: d) recommend any new alterations of the bus map is consulted with the Local Board staff and Auckland Transport and includes a list of local amenities such as Be Accessible facilities. e) seek formal response on the status of the Be Accessible report update from the new Waiheke Local Board. |

Resolution number WAI/2019/30 MOVED by Member C Handley, seconded by Member J Bailey: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: f) request a draft concept plan layout for traffic and parking including pedestrian, cycling, bus and boat launching access at Kennedy Point Wharf, and be circulated to the forum members and the new Waiheke Local Board.

Resolution number WAI/2019/31 MOVED by Member S Brown, seconded by Member Simpson: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: g) seek formal responses on the status of safety improvements at the intersection of Moa Avenue and Ocean View road, Belgium Street and Surfdale shops.

Resolution number WAI/2019/32 MOVED by Member King Turner, seconded by Member S Brown: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: a) recommend option three where the forum retains its current status as a sub committee of the local board but adopts a new meeting structure with alternating business meetings and workshops. |

Resolution number WAI/2019/33 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson Cox, seconded by Member Felton: That the Waiheke Transport Forum: a) endorse the Matiatia summer trial as decided by the Waiheke Local Board on Thursday 26 September 2019. b) will communicate its endorsement via local media. |
Note: Member Cath Handley abstained from voting due to being the Chair of the Waiheke Local Board.
