to split the 2019-2022 triennium for the chairperson’s role in the
following fixed term periods:

period one from Thursday, 31 October
2019 to midnight Wednesday 28 April 2021 of the 2019-2022 political term;
ii)
period two from Thursday, 29 April
2021 to the end of the 2019-2022 political term.
