Note: Helgard Wagener –
Relationship Manager, Aotea / Great Barrier and Waiheke Local Boards, chaired
the meeting for items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. From item 7 onwards, the newly
elected chairperson chaired the meeting.

declarations.

the voting systems and requested a mover and seconder.

a Chairperson for the 2019 - 2022 political term, utilising System B of

for the position of Chairperson.
Member B Upchurch nominated Member C
Handley for the Chairperson role. Member R Tucker seconded the
nomination.
Members voted. The result of
the vote was 3 to 0 in favour of Member C Handley, who won the vote.
