a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 10 February 2020 as a true and correct record.

Extraordinary Business - Urupa Update

Resolution number NGA/2020/14 MOVED by Member R Blair, seconded by Member S Milne: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a)      consider a confidential extraordinary item “Urupa Project Charter” as new Item C1 in the confidential section of this agenda, noting: i)     the reason the matter was not on the agenda is because the item was in consideration, and ii)    the reason why this matter cannot be delayed until a subsequent meeting is that discussion led to agreement. 7	Delegations
	Resolution number NGA/2020/16 MOVED by Cr L Cooper, seconded by Member R Blair: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a) approve the amended Relationship Principles, Terms of Reference, and Authorisations for adoption as set out in Attachment A of the agenda report and subject to the further amendments agreed at the Reserves Board hui. That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board:

a) exclude the public from the following part(s) of the proceedings of this meeting.

The general subject of each matter to be considered while the public is excluded, the reason for passing this resolution in relation to each matter, and the specific grounds under section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 for the passing of this resolution follows.

This resolution is made in reliance on section 48(1)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 and the particular interest or interests protected by section 6 or section 7 of that Act which would be prejudiced by the holding of the whole or relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting in public, as follows:
