Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Māngere-Ōtāhuhu Local Board held in the Māngere-Ōtāhuhu Local Board Office, Shop 17B, 93 Bader Drive, Māngere on Wednesday, 22 July 2020 at 4.03pm.

1          Welcome

Deputy Chair Togiatolu Walter Togiamua led the meeting in prayer.

2          Apologies

There were no apologies.

3          Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

4	Adoption of the Māngere-Ōtāhuhu Local Board Agreement 2020/2021
	The copies of the Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 (Attachment A) and Local Fees and Charges schedule for 2020/2021 (Attachment B) tabled at the meeting will be placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minute attachment.
	Resolution number MO/2020/96 MOVED by Chairperson L Sosene, seconded by Deputy Chairperson W Togiamua: That the Māngere-Ōtāhuhu Local Board: a)      adopt a Local Board Agreement 2020/2021, tabled at the meeting, (Attachment A). b)      adopt a local fees and charges schedule for 2020/2021, tabled at the meeting, (Attachment B). c)      delegate authority to the Chair to make any final minor changes to the Local Board Agreement 2020/2021. d)      note: i)       that Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 local activity budgets will be updated to reflect final budget decisions made by the Governing Body on 16 July 2020. ii)      that the resolutions of this meeting will be reported back to the Governing Body when it meets to adopt the Annual Budget 2020/2021 on 30 July 2020. CARRIED
