Adoption of the Manurewa Local Board
Agreement 2020/2021

The
Manurewa Local Board Agreement 2020/2021 was tabled at the meeting.
A
copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland
Council website as a minute attachment.

Resolution
number MR/2020/102
MOVED by Chairperson J Allan, seconded by Member T
Gorrie:
That
the Manurewa Local Board:
a) adopt the
Manurewa Local Board Agreement 2020/2021, which was tabled at the meeting
b) adopt a local fees and charges schedule for 2020/2021 provided as Attachment A to this report
c) delegate authority to the Chair to make any
final minor changes to the Local Board Agreement 2020/2021
d) note:
i) that Local
Board Agreement 2020/2021 local
activity budgets will be updated to reflect final budget decisions made by the Governing Body on 16 July 2020
ii) that the
resolutions of this meeting will be reported back to the Governing Body when
it meets to adopt the Annual Budget
2020/2021 on 30 July 2020.
